I noticed that too about a week or so ago. Me thinks hosting lapsed

You can find the site via the wayback machine / internet archive. That's what I did when I wanted to view the bullets he makes.

Back on Jan 20'th, he responded about the Tack Driver website design
he is working on. May just be a combination in progress, he's keeping
under wraps, for the time being.
