Totally depends on your rifle. I have found best accuracy with the 112 gr. in my 30BR to be from .010 off the lands to .015 jam.One of the members on here was nice enough to send me some of these for my 7 twist 6mmBR. In order to start at the most popular length, how do these bullets like to be seated off the lands or in?
okayI shoot them in 3 different guns and 5 barrels . They all like 6 in.
The universal answer.... there is no universal answer.see you have to try diff things and see WHAT YOUR RIFLE LIKES.
i START my workup at TOUCH(not jam) and shoot till i think i am at the top of SAFE.If you have been shooting them with jump how much do you reduce your load to test jam? Just looking for a safe starting point.
me thinks you are funnyEC follows Lou’s advice. EC is an accomplished, well respected F Class shooter. BR shooters should be implementing the hard work and testing done by others.
