Bartlein barrel question

Morning fella's, I've got a question that's kinda odd but didn't really know where else to ask it. I've got a barrel that is acting a little odd so I gave them a call to see if they would mind looking it over and see if they could figure out what was going on and they said sure! well I'm a couple weeks in and have yet to hear anything so I was wondering if you who have sent a barrel back in to have looked over what kind of time frame it took to get an answer? I really hate to bother them as I'm sure they are busy and the last thing they would want is some dude calling in bothering them every week.

Just to make it clear I'm in no way bitching or blaming anyone just rather curious what the problem could be, hell I know I'm not perfect so it could have totally been something that we did BUT I don't have the cool toys they do to be able to find out and curiosity is starting to kill this cat lol

I knew nothing about the barrel till I seen this post. You had been talking to Mark. Mark has it. He was out for a bit. He didn't forget about you but between being gone and getting caught up he's behind.

He will look at it and give you a call. I'll take a peek at it also.

Your not bothering us if you give a call etc...it doesn't hurt to stay on top of things.

Thanks for the reply Frank! I figured that you guys were busy and I'm not that guy that likes to be a squeaky wheel, I know there are a mess of folks here that use your barrels so thought someone could give me a little advice on times...... by no means am I complaining! I appreciate that you guys are going to see if you can tell what's going on as we don't have the cool toys to really check things out like you do.

Whatever comes from it another one of your barrels is going on this rifle! I've got several I've put on and you will hear no negatives from this guy. Like I said initially just curious about the time as I've never sent one in to you to be looked over. Again thanks for the reply Frank and I never thought I was forgotten about.

Frank, as a very satisfied user of your barrels I really appreciate you being involved in this forum and being open with its members. Very unusual today for owners to put themselves out there with their customers. Thanks for your involvement, it is apperciated. I have used about all of the name brand barrels but yours has risen to the top in my mind because they have all performed well for me.
