Barrell twist

Will 70gr bullets shoot tight groups in a 1 in 10 twist barrel? I have a 10 twist barrel now on the rifle and found it had a bad chamber. Now have the option of getting the existing barrel a new chamber or having a new 14 twist barrel installed. I have lots of 70 gr bullets to shoot.

my 10 twist Cooper shoots 70 Sierra BTHP into 1/4" 5 shot groups at 100 yards if I do my part. Similar results with Bergers also.
