hi guys,roly again needing help,what is the right twist for 223 using 52 to 69 grain bullet,just shooting paper target up to 200 yards? thanks for helping.

I would say the 1in9 would do it but with 1in8's being relatively easier to get sometimes and the fact if you change your mind for heavier bullets I went with the 1in8 to shoot up to 80 grains.
