I live in Arizona, Patriot Precision (Show Low) has made three rifles for me, they are all shooters but I’ve also sent many projects out of state. They end up being just as fast. make a few calls and see who has the shortest backlog of the ones you’ll feel comfortable with.

I would caution you not to base your choice on who’s the closest to you, I made the mistake once and learned it pays to do a little research.

Are you benchrest, hunting, PRS/NRL, general purpose?
Lester Bruno can do benchrest/f-class. For everything else I would use AxisWorks in Tempe. The are good people and do great work.
