Barrel twist in a 6br variant

I’m going to rebarrel my 6br rifles to 6bra or 6brx. I want to shoot the 110 6mm sierras or tubbs 115 dtacs. Is a 7 twist or a 7.5t a better option? One barrel will be a heavy varmint Krieger 28” barrel and the other will be a 22” Krieger barrel (not sure of contour yet). Any experience aided advice is helpful. Thanks

I* have a krieger heavy Varmint at 28 inches BRX 8 twist 3050 FPS with berger 105 hybrid shoots great I did shoot some 110SMK when I couldn't get bergers and won 300 yard score match

7.5 worked in my 6x47 with velocities at 3020. Essentially the same.
The tighter twist barrels like 1:7 will be more finicky to tune so my opinion is to stay with a 7.5 for the 110 SMK.

I tried a 7.5 with the Sierra 110 and it didn’t work very well. Same barrel shot excellent with the 105 class bullets. Might try a 7 if you want to do the heavy for caliber stuff.
