Barrel Tuner

Took my Harrell's tuner off today and my scores on a 50 yd USBR target went way up. I assume the tuner was never setup correctly, but when I can shoot a 250 with 18 x without it, I'm not fixing anything again.

If it shoots that good a tuner could only make it Not . But if tuned it could be 25 x.

I agree, but it NEEDS to be tuned properly. When I competed, I had a Harrel Tuner on my Anschutz and that tuner merely fine tuned the weapon with the specific Ammo I was using in competition. And I determined that only after hours of testing all available Match Ammo on the market. But that Tuner pays off when you are in tight competition and the final scores are very close. And don't make the mistake of believing that Tuner will have the same setting for all shot through the rifle...Ain't Happenin!
