Barrel thread difference between Rem 700 and Farley Firefly

Can someone tell me if a barrel threaded for a Farley Firefly will fit a Remington 700 with some fitting? Thanks, George ???

The thread on a Remington is 16 thread per inch, I believe the Firefly is 18 threads per inch. I understand that the distance from bolt face to thread end of action varies on Farleys also. Check it out. With some fitting leaves a lot of room.

Some Farleys are 16 and some are 18. I believe that all of the "Firefly" actions were 16TPI.
