If it’s like my 30-378, It’ll last a lifetime. Mine has had 39 rounds down the pipe since new. Five rounds for sight in. 15 rounds for limited ‘load development’. 12 rounds for friends just wanting to touch a round off. Three for the wife to try it before elk hunting. Four shots at elk. First elk, one shot. Second elk, two shots. Third elk, clean miss. The gun is ten years old. Oh, and 20 lost rounds of ammo somewhere.
