For a 22 center fire barrel what are the advantages or disadvantages of a .218 vs .219 barrel dimension? Thanks in advance for your replies,

It's been said,
that the 219/224 is easier on heavy bullets going really fast.
Friction of bullets with long bearing surface (like an 88 ELD) and long barrels 26" +,
has been blamed for bullet failures at medium to long range.
I send 88s about 3000fps from a 28" 219/224, 1:7, 5R and never had a problem.
That's around 308,570 RPM.
