Barnard P bolt interchangeability

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if there are any differences between a Barnard P action with a .308 bolt and a Barnard P action with a magnum bolt?

I am looking at picking up a Barnard P with a magnum bolt face, but I have a .308 bolt to swap into it to use for Palma.

Also, will the firing pin assembly interchange between the .308 bolt and the magnum bolt?

Just want to confirm there are no issues before I go ahead, considering the availability issues with Barnard.

Yes, the bolt guts is the same in both versions.

To reiterate, Barnard is fully dead so don't expect some miracle resurrection. Its improved ( and commercially unrelated) replacement is the TriMay action which is currently being used to good effect in Bisley at the Europeans. There is apparently a high level of interest in it.
