Barnard action/stock upgrade question

Sray53TXTN

I have a Barnard P action in a Master Class prone stock with .284 barrel on it. The rifle was setup by Warner Tool and has the Warner lug on it, I'm considering having the Barnard Vee block installed to have the stock more user friendly for my other Barnard action.

Opinions please.

How does one remove the Warner lug if I go with the Vee block.
Thanks in advance!

The bottom lug is bolted onto the receiver and then milled flat. You have to look close but you can see the outline of the bolt head on the bottom of the block.

If you don't have a mill or drill press, I would send it back to Al or Dan and let them know what I need done. That way, you know it will be removed right.
