Shooter still works good for me. Stepped BC works too. Hasn't been updated in a while. Interface is great. Might be orphaned by the developer. However there were newer bullets in the "cloud" that you could configure and sync down to your device.
Applied Ballistics can be good and god awful. It cost me day one of a national match; Shooter helped me save day two. I only use it for 22lr and it works good for that (for me). I did use it for the NF ELR match and it worked there (w/ 7saum). AB's aerodynamic jump feature is stupid, can't be turned off and doesn't work on the mobile app. Change the wind to Zero and the dope lines up. The interface is not great and it's expensive. The "custom curve" is another waste of money. I don't have much confidence in it, but they already got my $50 so I keep it.
Hornady stunk and was worth the $0 I paid for it
Ballistic ARC was all promises and now is orphaned by the developer (I paid $20). It has one good feature for me, "match mode"
Strelok was the 1st I tried when it came out. Developer seems to be still going and was a nice guy. I never owned the Pro version. Seemed geared for reticle hold-overs.
JBM still works great. I think most of these just use JBM's math anyway.
