We used to have a momma and her babies we feed all the time in the city... We now live out in the country and the owls keep the numbers down but we have one oak tree that they have little ones every year... I can sit and watch the young ones play for hours...

We had a few that would eat out of our hand when we were out in the yard. Super cute, until they chewed a hole right through the wall and ended up in the house. The inside wall panel was 3/4" tongue and groove spruce!My wife feeds 4 of them twice a day . One of them will almost come in the house when she opens the back door. I told her she would have a time catching him if she lets him in and he might end up not being her friend.
