Is that for your home State? I have a CC permit and no FFL has ever asked if I have one, they just make the call when I purchase a firearm or action.

This is a state by state thing...not all states follow this...Indiana does not honor the CC permit for firearms 4473 transfers...several other states do not either.

Gun registration is inevitable, no other way to enforce it. NRA should have been more concerned about this and less concerned about vacations and bonuses....I knew this day was coming, just not so soon.

NRA has warned of this chain of events for a long time now if gun owners have been listening -- universal background checks leading to registration and registration leading to confiscation (the only purpose registration has ever been used for). They have NOT neglected their duty here, but knowledgeable gun owners need to help educate their friends and acquaintances in the general public -- who know little of the plans of the left and how such legislation has been used at the state level and in other countries to deprive lawful citizens of their firearms.
