B23 marksman contour

Can someone tell me the contour dimensions on a b23 Bartlein barrel. I've looked everywhere for them and cant find anything. Thanks.

• Marksman Contour – This contour was developed by Hawk Hill Custom for the precision rifle matches. They feel like “it is it is a perfect balance of weight to barrel length.” It is between a Medium and Heavy Palma, and a little closer to heavy than medium. It is 1.25” for 3” then has a palma contour down to 0.87” at 28”. That barrel weighs approximately 5.3 lbs at 28”.

The Marksman contour was released by Hawk Hill a couple of years ago with this PRS-style of shooting in mind. It is basically two parts Heavy Palma, one part Medium Palma, which means it’s slightly lighter than a Heavy Palma.


From what I’ve gathered it’s a Heavy Palma tapering to .870” rather than .900”

1.25” for 3”
1.25 taper to 1” for 2.5”
1” to .870” for another 22.5”

Bullet Central carries a lot of them so they’d be who I would call to confirm.
