Before making a floating holder like the Bald Eagle model, does anyone know weather the reamer holder piece is flat on the driver end inside or is it concave to accept the pusher part which is concave? Thanks

It is flat so it does not follow the pusher by design. Free to go where it needs to go. A very good design imho.
