B.C. and velocity

Hey fellas, I don't know how to ask this so here it goes:
bullet "A" has a higher bc than bullet "B" but has a lower velocity. Will bullet "B"'s extra velocity even things out as far as wind drift. Thanks, SPM
 
There probably is a better answer than this but, it really depends on how much more velocity, the distances of the shot and how much wind drift. One would have to put all this into action to prove a theory beyond printed materials and computer programs I believe. Hope this helps. Bill
