Forum Boss: Another member explained that this brass has an inner sleeve that may interfere with bullet seating.

I saw a video on you tube a couple days ago. The guy showed a couple types he couldnt reload and I think he didnt know how to swage or cut the crimp out of 9mm of all cartridges. But the one 9mm brand is MAXXTECH. He tried to seat a 147 grain bullet and it was sticking way out and couldnt push it in. If you have any the inside of the case is stepped inside. The wall thickness jumps from normal .013 thick and it goes down .198 thou and the wall thickness goes to about .070 which I would think might spike the pressure. If I am wrong let me know but I have never run into this before. It is not an oddity because others have found these.
