There can be every logical reason for it.

I heard about this thread from another customer.
So just to clarify for everyone that thinks I'm not answering emails, I have always responded and answered Ed's questions right away, but it looks like he's not getting the reply.
I spend a LOT of time answering emails. This morning it was 4 hours to catch up over the long weekend (yesterday was Thanksgiving).

I know Adam is beyond swamped so I don't contribute to the swamping by sending him emails asking when I will get my V4. I trust him and his system to get it to me as quickly as they can.

Thanks, I spent the whole weekend writing the instruction manual / taking photos. I stayed away from email so I could focus. We have the first 3 weeks worth of production being packed and going out this week once the manuals are printed.
I'm running into an issue getting consistently sized rubber bumpers for the top panel. Having bumpers 10 thou bigger or smaller is a problem and we're running around trying to get what we need where we can on short notice.
I know it's a lot to ask but I would really appreciate patience. It cannot go any faster without making mistakes. We have a plan to ship Oct 1, Oct 8, and Oct 15 shipments all on Friday so you can expect that unless we run into a new problem.

My understanding is the first production units went out last week.
Just curious as I should be on the first wave of production units and hadn't received follow-up yet.
I can't speak to how many went out or how many were even in the first wave but remember he was shipping v3 converters first based on his chart that he had sent out. Either way, he's getting them out so that's a good thing.
