Autotrickler problems

Guy I am having trouble with my autotrickler! When I tap to scan it says auto trickler not found!! Anyone have any directions to get it to work! It is just about to get to me!! Thanks Allen

Just went through this.
First, unplug everything and then plug it all back in. Sort of like rebooting a computer.

Second, if that does not work, for some reason the scale can loose its ability to power the tricker.

A simple cheap fix if you have a jumper wire. Unfortunately I did not and they did not mention this to me to check until after they sold me a new set of electronics.

This sounds like a bluetooth problem, NOT a scale or autotrickler problem. If you have an Apple phone or tablet. go to settings and make sure bluetooth is on. Then scroll to the bottom of the list to "Apps". Scroll down the list of apps till you see AutoTrickler. Open that and make sure that the bluetooth is enabled and Cellular Data is enabled. Close settings and then re open the app and it should connect fine.

I see that you posted your scale in the classifieds. I assume that means you couldn't get it sorted.

I also saw where you had the original power supply with it. Just a quick question. Were you using the power supply that came from McDonald when using the Autotrickler, or where you using the one that came with the scale. If it was the latter, that would explain the issues.

Also I have seen them do this the the power supply goes bad.
