Auto powder trickler preference?

Good afternoon,

As the title states, what is your preference for an automatic powder trickler? The only thing I dislike about reloading is throwing powder charges, weigh it, then trickle up to desire weight. Not my idea of a good time lol. That being said, I am looking for an auto trickler that is accurate and repeatable.

AutoTrickler V4, without any doubt. I have tried many, settled on this one and never looked back.

As stated directly above. The V4 is the best one currently available on the market. It just works. The people who complain about it are people who can't follow instructions. Period.

I have a MK1 Auto trickler with an Ingenuity trickler system supplementing the original trickler.
The system just works and now with the Ingenuity Precision trickler, not only is it faster to throw a charge but it has virtually eliminated any over/under throws.
I also have all the Area 419 upgrade products that eliminate the original printed plastic ones.
I have never regretted the purchase and long after the cost is forgotten I am satisfied with the product…
Many folks here tout the MK3 but really any of the Auto Trickler systems are a good product aside from the Super Trickler which is apparently a fiddly tech oriented system.

I have a V3, I haven't upgraded to a V4 because my V3 works so well. Throws 32 gr of Varget in under 10 seconds, which is faster than I can seat a bullet in my arbor press.

I agree. I have a V4 that throws as fast as I can load. If it drops powder faster, it’s just going to sit there, until I get to it.

Of the units currently available for purchase with no “preorder” or “waiting list” etc. the obvious choice is the AutoTrickler V4. If you don’t mind waiting several months or the better part of a year, and you don’t plan to use ball or flake powders, I’d suggest putting a preorder in on a Meehl Solutions Trickler. It’s a game changer for sure.

Let's remember the red-headed stepchild, the Printed Precision Trickler. Its design inspired the Meehl.

I had the V3 and the V4, I now have the Ingenuity Trickler system, by far better, I've also had the super trickler, again the Ingenuity is faster, more stable with less under/over throws. Take my word for what it's worth, I've had them all.

OP: If you're technologically inclined (far and few on this forum, per the vast amount of paper checks and money orders flying around, not a sleight, just an observation), you can print and program OpenTrickler. I used to build it for people for cash, but the juice ain't worth the squeeze, but if you decide to go that route, I can help.

To the OP: If you want something now, get the AutoTricklerv4.

Or you can join the ranks of many men whom are stuck on waiting lists (myself included). Sometimes I think the real game in shooting sports is your patience threshold.
