ATTENTION SAVAGE EXPERTS!!

Model 12 long range precision varminter with the Savage "Target" action. Right hand bolt, left side eject and load. WHICH one piece 20 MOA Picatinny style rail will fit it???

The Seekin's one I bought has the little recoil lug on it so the base will not fit flush. Most bases I see have this recoil lug feature.

Buzzsaw, I use the Ken Ferrell 20 MOA bases and rings on my Savage rigs. They fit very good with very little lapping if any for your scope alignment. Bill

Are they "flat" on the bottom?

Yes Sir. They are flat or at least form to the action upper surface with no protrussions. Fit is very good in all that I have used. Bill
