Atlas Development Group (ADG) Brass - 28 & 30 Nosler

LA50SHOOTER

Sworn To Protect The Constitution.
I recently sent an inquiry to ADG in regards to new product release of brass.
I specifically asked about 28 & 30 Nosler and as well 300 WSM.

I was told that 28 & 30 Nosler will be manufactured and tentatively released in the later part of 2019.
300 WSM brass is a caliber that they are looking at for the future but No release date yet at this time.

This indicates that the U.S. manufacturers are listening, at least to some degree to market demand requests. - I've also let Peterson Cartridge Company know what I'd like to see brought to market as well. - (6 BR, 300 WSM, 28 & 30 Nosler Calibers).

I sent Peterson an email last week about 300 WSM release.
Also emailed Alpha Munitions in June about 300 WSM. They responded the same day and said they were planning to produce it in the future.

I believe that these companies can & will respond IF there is enough demand from us shooters & handloader's. - A collective voice wields influence.

+1 on 280 A.I. as well. - Nosler doesn't want to supply the market and the reports I'm hearing on some batches of their brass has me concerned big time as to it not standing-up. - For the prices Nosler wants, the brass should be equal to Lapua in quality and I haven't ever heard anyone saying that !! - I hope the other providers come in for the "Win" and leave Nosler in the dust !! - Good cartridge designs in some cases but can't support the market they've created and I can't get very excited about the bullets they sell either as far as group shooting goes.

Nosler needs Hornady's marketing and manufacturing gurus. They (Nosler) are the poster child for half ass cartridge support. They should just sub out the brass manufacture to an entity that knows WTH they are doing.
Disclaimer of sorts, I owned two .26 Nosler Flame Throwers and now have two .28 Noslers. Brass with both has always been problematic.

I'd love to see one of the U.S. companies produce 284 brass. As popular a cartridge that it is, both in it's straight version as well as all the variants including the 6.5-284 I would think it would be a good seller.
