Arthritis in neck, a real PITA !!

Well minimize any food allergines. Work on reducing all inflamation in the body. Move your neck as much as you can in all planes of motion. I would strongly recomend you do both isometric and dynamic eccentric/concentric neck resistance training as much as you can after asking your doctor what you can do and maybe talking with a physical therapist.


Supplement wise I would consider high dose Vitamin D3 and K2!
 
I have pretty bad arthritis in my toes and knuckles. I started taking turmeric a couple years ago and it completely stopped the pain in my toes but only moderately relieved the pain in my knuckles. At least I don’t walk like I’m 100 years old anymore . Its cheap and well worth a try and pretty darn good for you anyways.
