There has Never been a "Forced Vaccination Law' EVER passed by Congress to my
knowledge. The last relevant case was the Jacobson case in 1905 that said if you
wouldn't take a vaccine, you had to pay a $5 fine. The Constitutionality of
that "law" was never challenged but it should have been. That case talked about
"police power" over civil rights and I seriously doubt it would have withstood a
challenge today or even since the '60's. Kind of reminds me of the Roe vs. Wade
case of bad law.

Wut?! That doesn’t make any sense. We remove Soldiers all the time for medical issues (medically retired). If you can’t perform your duties with diabetes (instant medical retirement), how would you do it with HIV?

Just being a civilian this has always surprised me too, to see soldiers not armed out in public. If we can’t trust these young enlisted men and women to protect us at all times, who can we trust?

Doctors are in BUSINESS....and the Object of BUSINESS Is????? A) Make Money; B} Serve People......If you didn't notice, those CHOICES are or should be in backwards order. Unfortunately, for many, they are Not. Politics is a BUSINESS! and they are in charge of the military, but they are Not gods either.

I was surprised they tore down the military induction center at Whitehall ST. NYC
Should have been a national monument. Many millions went up and down those stairs.

Untried, untested, unproven. I'm in the medical profession, didn't and won't take the Covid vax, and glad I didn't. Several of my colleagues have been fully vaxed and boosted, and are now having their second or third round of Covid, and some are experiencing "odd" signs and symptoms of something, but the docs don't know what. Never think for one second that big gov't, big Army/military give a rip about your long-term health. And yes, I served 1977-1983. It's a good hill to stand and fight on, and win.

Ours is still open on San Jacinto St in Houston. Daddy went through there in 1942. I got my turn in Sept 67.

Your FATHER went in 1967. I had just completed my 1st tour in VietNam then.
