You need the shell holder for 7.62x39 I think.

The parent case of the .220 Russian, is the 7.62x39. The parent case of the 6PPC is the .220 Russian. they all share the same head configuration.

Of course the mandrel will not be correct, but the holder part should work with your lock stud to hold a PPC case.
