For single load purposes, how long can a 6 Dasher, or 6 Creed or 6XC OAL be? Please and thank you.

Depends on your chamber. You have to measure it with the bullet you intend to use. Each different bullet will have a different length.

What reamer, what freebore the questions go on and on

What bullet do you want to shoot. Freebore varies fro. 105 to 135 I am sure there are others

What reamer? Never knew a loading port to be spec'd to a reamer.... what freebore? Gotta get it in and around the corner first....

What OAL length will fit through the loading port? Say w a 6BR, 107 SMK uncoated, 7 1/2 primer, .002 neck tension.....WITHOUT having to use a dead blow?

Just realized you were talking about an AR15

You won't see a 6br or any of its wildcat cousins in an ar15. It would take an ar10 and 6 br doesn't mag feed well at all.
