WANTED Ar15 parts

Good morning, I'm trying to complete my ar15 in 223 rem. I still need the following
1. Ar15 buttstock.
2. Complete upper.

Im looking into the budget end of the spectrum. Mostly going to use the ar for hunting as far as 500 yards. Looking for a 1 in 8 twist. Thank you.
