AR10 & 15 value help

I’m helping a friend with some estate guns.
I am
Looking at a Armalite AR-10A4 in 308
It has the old style 3 sided hand guard.
And a
Colt SP 1. In 223

what is a good way to establish values on these?
Gun Broker is not showing any rifles that match these two.

Re-check gun broker there are several Colt SP 1. You can log in and check final sale prices
