AR grip hole placement

Does anyone know what the official (not measured with my Harbor Freight special digital calipers haha) offset dimensions for the grip screw hole on the mounting interface? None of the blueprints I have found include any dimensions for that face or the placement of the hole. I have measured and know that it is not centered. It appears to be based off of a 60° angle from the center of a circle that is offset from the end of the buffer tube threads, however it provides no method for locating the vertical placement of that circle. What am I missing?

Measured using a polymer lower I have sitting around from the center of the bolt hole to the edges denoted by your lines.

Dimension 1: 0.765"
Dimension 2: 0.465"

It appears that the hole angle is more important than perpendicular to that face. The radius of the circle is called out as 0.500 located 2.675 from front of receiver extension threads and 0.500 from the top deck of the receiver.

Thanks, I couldn't tell if the circle was tangental with the top deck of the receiver because of the linetype and not having a hard dimensions. Working in engineering (civil) I try not to make too many assumptions when it comes to dimensions haha.
