Slightly off topic, but if you haven't already done so, take a look at JP Precision Gas Systems. They are adjustable and there are six (I think) variations.

This will be a target rifle shot off a bag. Im using a Lilja barrel .936 from the block forward. Along with a Seeken upper with a 2 inch wide flat bottom
try a .087 gas hole, then .089, no bigger than .093.
I'm guessing here as my 24" space guns with a rifle length gas system use a .089 gas hole.
.093 is pretty much standard for service rifle barrels using 77grs with varget, r15, 8208, etc. I have never found mine to be overgassed even with 24.3 hrs of r15 and a Berger 82. Must be that n140My 20" .936 barrel from white oak was overgassed at .093. I'm using 77s with N140 so powder burn rate has a lot to do with it, but if you're planning a 1:8 or 1:7, for heavy bullets, I'd recommend a 0.089.
