Last piece of advice. Take the buffer retainer pin out of your rifle while you are tuning it with the jp (there is no Constant Spring pressure to get the spring and weight out of the rifle when you depress the buffer and if you have a really tight one you are going to be sorry you didn’t remove it before you started) , you can actually completely remove it if you want, just have to remember you did when you break down the rifle, or the silent capture will hit the dirt when you divorce the upper and lower. Also, that little retainer screw for the springs and weights is red loctited on there. Eat your Wheaties before you try to take it off.Thanks Wes, I took your advice, bit the bullet and ordered JP Silent Captured Spring with additional spring kit and extra tungsten weight, now I have a ton of different configurations to play with.
