AR-10 lower

apparently from what ive read there are two patterns to go with the armalite series and the DPMS series DPMS having a slight advantage when it comes to parts interchangeability magazine interchangeability and even the AR-15 rifle!

If you are looking for AR 10 80% lowers, Ghost Guns has some nice ones. I picked up a couple and their fit and finish was real good and they fit tight with my Guntec uppers.

If you are going to build an AR-10 do yourself a favor and go with Aero Precision parts. Outstanding quality and everything fits as it should. One stop shopping, no need to chase around for parts. Finished a 6.5 Creedmoor build last year for my 12 year old granddaughter to hunt with. So far, 1 deer and 1 antelope.

Yes, Use the DPMS pattern. I built mine that way and parts were plentyful. Used Fulton Armory lower Not a 80%

Sam,
I have always wondered about polymer lowers. Did it come molded in tan. How tight was the fit. I know on some aluminum 80% I have put together they have play between the upper and lower and not as tight as I would like it so I ream the pin holes and make my own pins.
