Applied Ballistics Analytics – units.

I have noticed that if I set up a load and choose a preference in terms of “input” and “output” units and then safe the profile, when I load the program the next time and I open the saved profile, the preference I have chosen for “input” and “output” was not saved but seems to default always to “mixed” for “input” and “MIL” for output. Is there a way to keep a preference when a profile is saved?

You need to select the units, before you do anything else.

OK, I have done some testing and if I make a new profile and select the units first before I do anything and then save it, it does not keep the settings, so I think what you mean is REGARDLESS of what you selected for "input" or "output" before you save a profile, those settings are not saved when you save the profile and you have to make sure they are what you want when you first open a save profile?

Not to be rude, but it is hard to understand why the program is put together this way? I mean if someone puts together a profile and he knows what he wants for "input" and "output", and saves the profile, why does the program not save the preference?
