Eggzactly. This court has the highest number of overturned decisions in the country. I would argue that the 'right' to carry concealed is a States Rights issue. However I think law Enforcement should carry the burden of why I can't as opposed to me proving why I need.Rush calls them "The Ninth Circus" Court of Appeals. They have their decisions overturned on a fairly regular basis. Remember, I believe it was the "Heller" (Spelling?) case from Washington D.C., when the SCOTUS stated "the right to keep and bear arms lies with the individual".. The ninth is trying this IN ANTICIPATION of a Clinton victory and the ascension of MORE liberal Supreme Court Justices in the not too distant future. However, I believe Trump will foil that conniving group of liberal diatribe peddlers!

I have every confidence that the "establishment" has very little "sway" over the voting public. And right now you have an enraged public in opposition to the establishment! WE, as in "We the People" still hold the power>>IF we exercise our "authority" at the polling place! I believe that "We the People" have been inflamed by the "do-nothing" and "say-anything" politicians, to the point that we will see the LARGEST voter turn-out in this history of this country, basically to override ALL political opposition this year! And Trump is the "gas" on that "fire"! Just watch!Trump has his work cut out for him since the establishment seems to have sold him down the river..

Don't count out Hillary from winning. She has a better chance than Donald does. You watch these stupid people will get her voted in. American voters as a whole have a habit of doing stupid things over and over. Look who's been in office for the last 8 years, need I say more.Trump has his work cut out for him since the establishment seems to have sold him down the river..

I think Bernie had a MUCH better chance than Hillary. I for one, am glad he is NOT the nominee! But Hillary's "faults" are going to be magnified 10X+ by Trump and that WILL erode some, if not a lot of her support. Then I do not think that the "Bernie Supporters" will go out en-mass for Hillary! Quite to the contrary, they may vote for Trump just to spite the person they perceive wrested, unethically, the nomination from their beloved Bernie!Don't count out Hillary from winning. If you think Bernie has a much better chance of beating her, I got some great oceanfront property in Nevada that I'll sell to you real cheap. She's gonna beat that old dude like a red headed step child.I think Bernie had a MUCH better chance than Hillary. I for one, am glad he is NOT the nominee! You may have some if the San Andreas fault splits! LOL!!!If you think Bernie has a much better chance of beating her, I got some great oceanfront property in Nevada that I'll sell to you real cheap.
I WOULD NORMALLY agree with you.. However, Trump is VERY popular in New York. He has the ENTIRE state, ouside of New York City. And Rudy Guilianni will campaign HARD for Trump in New York City. And Rudy was and, still IS, the most popular Mayor EVER in N.Y.C. If (and this is an IF) If Trump gets only half of N.Y.C. he will carry the state. The Libs can NOT win without BOTH California and New York. Additionally, the Coal / Fracking / Hunting crew in central and west Pa. will come out in droves as they NEVER have before. This may very well turn the tide in PA in favor of The Don! If that happens, and it may very well happen, Trump will carry that state too! I also think he has a better than even chance in Michigan! If, and this may be a B-I-G "IF", If John Kasich campaigns for Trump, he has a GOOD chance of carrying Ohio too! This would cripple any chance Hillary has of winning! I think the "Political Landscape" is NOT what it was a scant 4 years ago!For those who want to talk about Trump's path to the White House, don't look at the popular numbers, they don't really matter. In the last 30 yrs there have been only a handful of states that have changed the way that they have voted in any of the Presidential elections. You have to look at the Electoral College.
Hillery will carry CA, OR, WA, NY, MA, ME, MI, WI, IL, PA, MD, DE, NJ, probably IA, NM, and CO. They are all dominated by urban areas that are screaming left.
Now look at what is in play, of the rest, the only that ever switch are:
OH, VA, FL. Do the math, the path to a win for a D is way easier than for a R.
Kasich just told CNN (Clinton News Network) today that he will not support Trump.I WOULD NORMALLY agree with you.. However, Trump is VERY popular in New York. That's why I said it's a B-I-G "IF".. But if he runs for governor again and he does NOT support Trump, the Rep. Nat. Comm. will withhold campaign funds from him and he will be OUT as the Governor of Ohio. So let's see IF he sits the sidelines!Kasich just told CNN (Clinton News Network) today that he will not support Trump.
