Does anyone know if this brake comes tapered as shown on APA's web site, or if it comes squared ie; same OD on both ends as seen in some video's taken as some display ??

The several I've installed were all same OD both ends. I have been very impressed with this brake.

looks like more lathe time to get it to match the Bbl's OD

Correct, they do not come tapered. If you have a lathe its a snap. Happy chip making.
