Anyone use this tool for primers

Excuse my ignorance, but what else does the Holland seater provide over the RCBS other than an aluminum mounting/base plate and an adjustable set screw to stop the hand lever and set seating depth? That seems like a steep up charge for a set screw, unless I am missing something else.
Your missing nothing

Sorry Jess for derailing your original question/post. I will get back to the “regularly scheduled program”.
Hollands perfect seater, anyone have first hand experience for the OP. Thanks

I have a couple of hand primers, two press primers, and the RCBS/Hollands bench primer. I've used the CPS as well. The Hollands gives you accurate depth control and a return spring. I modified a couple of Dillon primer tubes to work with the RCBS so I can prime large batches. I have an RF100 to load tubes if necessary. I only bought the Hollands adaptor from Hollands and sourced the RCBS parts elsewhere. As I said earlier, I like the Hollands and think it's a good value. It isn't perfect but nothing on the market is. I would like to try the Ugly seater but I'd buy the Hollands again today.

Looks like a very nicely engineered product. Only problem is, unless all primer pockets are exactly the same depth primers may not seat to the bottom of the pocket. Same problem with extractor groove location! In this case the "hard mechanical stop" is the problem, not the solution. Give me a hand priming tool with no mechanical stop any day, if perfect seating depth is the goal. You will "feel" the bottom of the pocket by hand. That's all I have. Lol.
