Anyone shoot/build a .223 bolt action with 1:8 or 1:7 twist?

I am looking for a bolt action for the wife in .223 with a fast twist rate for 500-1k shooting.
I already have a 26" WOA upper that I use out to 1k, but she is not a big fan of the AR platform.

Anyone have any reviews, recommendations, or one they want to sell? I would like to keep it under 1k and not have to do to much work to it.

Right now the savage 12FTR and the Savage 18464 with 4rd mag are looking best.

I bought a Savage LRPV for my wife. Paid $825. No one wanted a .223 with a 1:7 twist. It shoots 80 gr. Noslers .250, 3 shot at 200 yds.

I shoot a 223 remington 700 with a krieger 8 twist palma profile. Used to be used in for F class but I wasnt totally happy with the performance and a 308 could do the same. So cropped 4 inches off it and its now a 26" varmint barrel that shoots 50gr nosler ballistic tips very explosively at foxes and rabbits.

I built a model-70 for across the coarse 223 with 1-7 twist hart. It would consistently shoot 3-5" 5 shot groups at 600 yrds with match sights
