Yea, I'm up in St. Augustine most of the time and when Matthew came through last friday, it tore some stuff up pretty good. We still have people without power, at this point mainly due to felled trees.

If you would post up the city he lives in I could give you a good idea if it might be Hurricane Matthew related. I guess I would say, if he's on the east coast of Florida it very well could still be without power. A very large number of homes lost everything due to the surge.

I heard from him again Sunday morning. He said "best way to do this is by credit card". I sent him another invoice via email to pay by credit card.
This David Navarro is in Real Estate, not Jane's Addiction or RHCP. I would GLADLY take some memorabilia in exchange if is was.
