Anyone have experience with Bushnell scope repair

I damaged my Bushnell elite 4200 scope and am sending it back to Bushnell. how long does it take to repair it, or will they send me a new one? Should i send it back with the box and all of the packaging or just the scope any info will help. Thanks
 
My experience is they suck. I will never buy another Bushenell. I will find the money to buy a Leupold or Nightforce. Price only hurts once. Lously products and sevice hurts a lifetime.
 
My experience with Bushnell is that they do not want to do repairs. They offered me a discount on a new replacement, saying the cost of repair would be more than the cost of a new one, same model.
