Anybody successful in cancelling/getting a refund NRA Nationals?

As the title says, has anybody been successful in getting their F-class MR or LR match monies back? I've sent a couple of e-mails, but as expected, I have heard nothing from the NRA.

If you were in an upper management with NRA would you have refunded membership fees?
