Anybody need help?

I live on a small dairy farm with my husband and son. I had to stop working after I nearly lost my leg in an accident with complications from my autoimmune Dx. Even with the threat of having to start dumping our milk hanging over our heads we are keeping the bills paid. However, I know some people ain't that lucky right now. Even people who were doing alright and maybe even help donate to my son's smallbore might be having difficulty now. I was wondering if this site has a down on your luck fund. If we don't maybe we need to think about doing that. See I'd rather send $50 bucks here with you all to whom I consider kin folk, than putting it in one of those call while we play another song things. Don't get me wrong, what they are doing is noble, but if in I can I'd rather help my friends here. If it hasn't been set up, I vol to help if someone wants to go in on it with me. I don't spearhead stuff, because I never know when I'll have medical problems and I don't want to mess something up.

What do you think to it being anonymous.

I personally think it is a great idea and it shows you are a smart lady with insight and a huge heart. I'm in and look forward to hearing other people's ideas.

I would rather give $50.00 or such, directly to a person or family in need, that to most any of the organizations, that claim to aid people, as most of the money never sees anyone, other than their own org with high salaries and benefit packages.
So yes, a fund the would actually go to someone in need, would be great.

Yeah they are real early. The big cream Morels shouldn't be up for 3 weeks. I don't know, it's been a strange year. Probably have to watch out for copperheads as well turkey hunting..
