Several years ago Doctors did some studies on people that were born left handed then trained to be right handed, and the results were that it stifled the creativity with most of them.

Good possibility that this is what happened to me.

Like many of you I am another natural left hander. Preachers, police, presidents, and criminals, are a higher percentage of left handers. From personal experience, left handed batters with dominate right eyes are tough outs. My father bought me my first baseball glove for right handers. Was forced to write right handed and still scribble to this day. I survived, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

I KNOW they made a lefty Krag before the 03. Just look at "the Charge up San Juan Hill" and you will see a guy carrying a lefty Krag, and THAT is historical evidence.

Or they flipped the negative when the it went to print. I've seen that done on several photos, just something that get missed in the editing process, or done by people that don't know the difference.

I have a daughter that is the exception to that study then. We had twins (hence Twicepop) one born right handed, the other left. At the recomendation of the pediatrician, he suggested that when she was old enough to teach her to do things right handed, because almost everything is geared towards "righties", and we did. She is left eye dominant, but does everything with her right hand. As for stifling her creativity, she's a few months away from getting her third degree, her first a BA in marketing and business administration, her second a licensed dental hygenist, and now a nursing degree.

I the movie/series The Pacific, early in the movie there is a left hand 03. I don't remember if it is an
A3 or not.

I shoot and throw left handed. I bat ambidextrous and am left eye dominate as well. I shoot a right bolt right bolt rifle because in the prone position its easier to use my stronger side(right) to manipulate the bolt and single feed my case.

My wife "of 54 years" is left/right handed. Writes right handed, eats with her left hand, holds her coffee cup in her left hand, cuts fabric with her left hand. Does everything else right handed. I never know what to expect from that Lady. Both of my girls are right handed.
I DO KNOW that left handed people are in their right mind.
