Any love for Meopta Opkita scopes?

You'll be happy.

When you get the Optika 6, would you let us know if the turrets thread are still showing between the numbers/hash marks on the turret and the indicator that's on the scope itself?
What do you mean by turrets thread? Sorry, you may have to explain what you mean like I'm 5

The turrets hold the mechanisms that control elevation and windage. The turrents screw into the scope body.
On the Optika 5 that I had, the last few threads on the turrets were exposed.

As stated I think you will be well pleased with the Meopta, I have spend some time behind my buddy Sightron and it is a nice scope but I do like the Meopta better for my old eyes.

The model I'm getting should have an exposed elevation. Are you talking about one of the capped models? It should be here in a couple hours.

Thank you!
Interesting - the windage and elevation are different.
The windage looks like what the elevation and windage did on mine.
When shooting from sitting or prone, the gap between the index [white mark] and the numbers on the dial makes it difficult to know exactly what it's set at.

The way they've set up the elevation turret on yours would have been perfect.

What model do you have?

No problem, it's an Optika 6 meopro 3-18x50 rd ffp.
