About mid December, I contacted Weaver customer service to request a new turret screw and dial indicator for one that dropped off and was lost from a Super Slam scope. Left a message and received a return call and guy said "I'll get one out to you". Started calling two weeks ago to check on status and getting no answer. That's normal, so I left messages each time. None of my calls have been answered to date. Are they having problems? Have they closed down Customer Service Dept? I was wondering if anybody else has had the same experience?
