Any good loads 243 loads with a 68 gr pill

My friend bought a 243 bergara 1-10 twist. We going to do some shooting next weekend. I have a few different custom 68 gr makes for my br. I was going to load him some to shoot. I have loaded some but hoping someone had some good varget recipes. If not I have several different powders for 6mms

40 to 45gr of IMR 4350 for 68gr Berger or Sierra 70 gr Matchking. CCI Br2 primers- Win. Brass. 43.5gr is the most accurate.

Benchrest preped brass, loaded with Redding Bushing die did 1" @ 300 yds, with the Bergers, 5 shot groups.Rem 40x rifle.

The 27 1/4" barrel helps burn most of the powder.

Varget is a good choice for this caliber / bullet weight / twist rate. I am reluctant to post specific loads since every rifle can be different. Instead, get some published data and do some elementary load development. It doesn't have to be extensive, pick three powder charges within the range of published data and shoot 4 to 5 shot groups.

After shooting this fine cartridge since the 60's, I found that bullet weights from 75 to 90 work best with this twist rate. The absolute, best bullet I ever tested and shot in the 243 Win is the Sierra 85 BTHP. This can serve as an all-purpose hunting bullet, i.e., varmints, predators, and deer.
