Any good brass prep books out there?

I'm building a 30BRm which requires necking up, and outside neck turning, and possibly brass annealing, operations I have never done before. The articles and posters here are excellent, and I've learned a lot so far.

In some cases I would like a little more detailed information, pictures possibly. I have 4 Bullet Mfg reloading books, and while they are good for the beginner/hunter, they sure don't cover the stuff you guys are talking about!

Are there any good "Advanced Reloading" manuals out there?

Look at tech articles on this website under AccurateShooter.

Speaking of old stuff, it’s sad to see all that Precision Shooting stuff fade away. That reloading book was great.

This book is out of print but available used and fetches a premium. Cheapest I found was $83.20

Sinclair International's Precision Reloading & Shooting Handbook, 10th Edition; by Bill Gravatt and Fred Sinclair

Another option.

Why not go with tony boyer’s book, or some of the other benchrest books where this type case prep is used. Benchrest shooting primer, glenn newick’s book, ratigan’s book i cant remember if it had it or not with all the world team stuff in there. Or you could just ask questions to fill in the gaps the search tool on here leaves if any.

My suggestion is......If you are planning on neck turning and annealing you purchase the best equipment your wallet and research can handle. I went on the cheap when I first started as many have, just to later sell off the stuff or chuck it in a drawer & up-grade to what I know I should have bought the 1st time.
Keep an eye on the classifieds around here and you will see most of the best equip. offered at fair prices.
I use the Benchrite Case Lathe, PMA Micro-Adjustable Trimmer, Pumpkin Neck Turners ( discontinued but there are some fine offerings from K&M and PMA ) and for annealing, the most user-friendly (a pleasure to use) is The AMP.
Definitely not your only options out there.......Just my choices............Your Standing At The Edge Of The Rabbit Hole...........WELCOME....;)

Regards
Rick

At the end of the "Houston Warehouse" article, it says the secret to 0 groups was case preperation......... but doesn't say what they did. Does anybody know?
