Any experiences with ProChrono??

Thanks for taking a min to read my post. I was bought a ProChrono for Christmas and before that I had a Magneto Speed for years. Anyone with a MagetoSpeed knows how accurate they are when set up correctly so I was very reluctant to try it out the ProChrono.
To my surprise it was GREAT. I shot 36 times and I didn't have one misread. My MagnetoSpeed broke after several years of use and a million rounds so I have nothing to compare or verify the numbers with. I hope that they validate each other.....
I had a Chrony years ago and it gave me MANY problems, especially on over cast days. But this ProChrono has been great assuming the data it's giving me is correct.
Any experiences with this brand/model? Thanks

I have the ‘Pro-Chrono’, going over 10+ years. I did have one issue with the on-off switch, went back to the company for repair. For the price it has been plenty good for me.

I have a couple of them. I keep disconnecting the battery to avoid failures in storage. It’s a pretty reliable unit but the velocity accuracy is probably not good enough for long range tuning.

I have had one for a long time , it works fine for my use... The tripod blew over a few years ago and broke the unit... I called competition electronics and they fixed it for a whopping $6... They were good to deal with also... Years ago when I was into racing remote control cars I used competition electronics chargers and other things and liked them all...

I had one for a while and really liked it until I shot it. That's when I then switch to a MagnetoSpeed, which is more reliable and give me more accurate measurements. While I felt my Pro Chrono was somewhat of a hassle to set up (I had it connected to my laptop to save the data files directly) and of course, being set up 10-15 feet from the muzzle, one isn't getting true MV numbers. But all in all, my Pro Chrono used to work well even in somewhat low light level, like when large clouds would come in and reduce the lighting.

Thanks for all the feed back. I don't think it will be as accurate as the MagnetoSpeed but I will compare the 2. Maybe the ProChrono will be close enough for the shooting that I do to get by with it?
We'll see.

Read the thread is my Bergara Bergarbage the OP there was getting 200 fps es using a pro Crono

I have the Bluetooth version. With their phone app you can store all your information on your phone along with a photo for each shot list you create. You don't even have to look at your phone because it verbally announces the result of each shot.
I like mine and if something happens to it, I want another one just like it.
